Do you need to generate a listing report for a property in Flexmls? While it may seem like an easy task, it’s important to choose the right version of the report to generate. You can choose either a Private or Public version of the listing report.
The Private version of the report includes confidential information only meant for members of the MLS. It contains Private Remarks, Showing Information and commission amounts, among other data. This can be beneficial for you to have on-hand to help your buyers make informed decisions.
However, when sending a manual email to a client, be sure to always send the Public version of the report. This report is intended for members of the public and therefore includes all necessary information about the property without compromising confidential details. Don’t worry about choosing a version for Subscription emails, as Flexmls will always send your clients the Public version automatically.
