In the video below, you will learn about four popular year-end reports in Flexmls. Before you watch the video, here’s a short synopsis of each report:
- My Production Report: Tracks your user-specific listing and sales statistics.
- Broker Inventory Report: Snapshot view of member and office listing activity within a selected time frame.
- Production Report: An agent’s production or the office’s data as a whole for a specific period or property type.
- Statistical Summaries Report: Summary of activity in a specific date range. The report displays these categories: Total, Total List Volume, Median List Price, Average List Price, Total Sold Volume, Average Sold Price and Sold Price to List Price Ratio.
