Over the past year, we’ve rolled out more than 50 updates based on your feedback because we are committed to helping you and your business succeed. Your input drives our improvements, and we will continue enhancing the platform to better meet your needs.
Notable Updates in Latest Release
Listing agents receive Back on Market and Price Reduction notifications
When a listing is back on the market or has a price reduction, an email notification is now also sent to the listing agent and any other team members set up with office involvement for the listing in addition to the agents with approved showings.
Broadcast message ability to CC office members
Listing agents can now cc office members when sending a broadcast message. Broadcast messages are available to send to agents with approved showings by selecting My Listings, selecting the listing, then selecting the Broadcast icon for the listing. This feature will be added to the mobile app at a later date.
Contacts button added to Appointment List View on mobile app
A new Contacts button has been added to the Appointments list in the Calendar in the mobile app. When the button is selected, the contacts for the appointment are displayed. This makes the appointment list view more informative and reduces the number of clicks it takes to display the contact information for an appointment.
Omit buyer name required on certain appointment types
The buyer name is no longer required for appraisals, inspections and walk-throughs when a showing is added on the web or mobile app and buyer name is required for the listing.
Icons added to legend
Icons have been added to the Calendar in the Appointment Status filters legend. This makes it easier to identify the appointment types in the calendar.
