Are you using the Stats tab in Flexmls? The Stats tab is streamlined to prioritize the data you use most. Within a Quick Search, you can quickly view statistical data on your search results by visiting the Stats tab.
The Stats tab
The Stats tab is divided into sections. Below the table of data in each section, a pie chart displays the data visually. The legend shows which information the chart colors correspond to. If you select specific listings from the search the pie chart will adjust to display the selected listing(s).
Viewing Search Results
When you are viewing search results, the Stats tab displays statistical data for all the listings in the current search, regardless of status, price or other data fields. You can also view the average, median, low and high values for the original price, list price, sale price, DOM, price change and percent price change.
Once the listing information is visible, review the Stats for statistical information on these listings. To print the data, click the Print button in the upper right corner of the report.
