Milwaukee County
Wisconsin State Fair – Aug. 3-13: Wisconsin State Fair will celebrate 172 years of tradition and hope once again to welcome over one million fairgoers throughout its 11-day run.
The Bloody Mary Festival – Aug. 12: Don’t miss the brunch-time party of the year! Wisconsin’s best bloody marys – and so much more – all under one roof for one day.
A La Carte at the Zoo – Aug. 17: A Milwaukee tradition where the zoo comes alive with music, food and fun. Popular Milwaukee restaurants are scattered throughout the park, offering delicious food while top local entertainment performs on five stages.
Ozaukee County
37th Annual Luxembourg Fest – Aug. 10-13: The world’s largest Luxembourg Family Reunion features family fun, a tasting experience and parade.
Food Trucks in the Park, Grafton – Aug. 9: Enjoy an amazing lineup of food trucks, a beer garden, family activities and live music.
Sheboygan County
Mercury Racing Midwest Challenge – Aug. 11-13: The Mercury Racing Midwest Challenge will feature the top categories of U.S. powerboat racing. More than 40 teams from around the world will be competing.
Esslingen Fest – Aug. 20: Enjoy German food, craft beer, music, raffles, and fun celebrating Sheboygan’s sister city relationship with Esslingen, Germany.
Walworth County
Lake Geneva Venetian Festival – Aug. 16-20: Venetian Festival features a craft fair, carnival, water ski show, festival food and a beer tent with live music. There also is a lighted boat parade and fireworks over Geneva Lake.
Washington County
Fish Fry & Shakespeare – Aug. 18: Enjoy a fish fry and the performance of Shakespeare’s Macbeth at Kettle Moraine State Forest.
SlamFest – Aug. 19: SlamFest will feature hours of organized on-track destruction, thrills and fun at the “World’s Fastest Quarter Mile Oval.”
Waukesha County
Waukesha Bluesfest – Aug. 11-12: An American Music and Art Festival featuring 14 national, regional and local blues-based acts with an art Show, food and beverages for all tastes.
Waukesha Old Car Club Show – Aug. 13: The Annual Waukesha Old Car Club Show in Frame Park features classic, antique, hot rods, stock, muscle, modified cars, trucks and motorcycles.
