Are you looking for the Exclusions Report? Metro MLS no longer publishes the Exclusion Report due to the enactment of the National Association of Realtors’ Clear Cooperation policy. This change went into effect on March 1, 2020.
Previously, the Exclusions Report was a document available to Metro MLS members that listed for-sale properties excluded from the multiple listing service. The list advertised properties publicly, which now goes against the spirit of Clear Cooperation.
Sellers can exclude their property from the MLS, but it comes with stipulations, including the inability to advertise the property. A permissible purpose of a seller excluding a property from the MLS is to allow privacy and provide additional confidentiality.
