Have you ever wondered why some emails from Flexmls show a banner stating “Agent Only – This does not show for your customer”? This message indicates that you are receiving the private copy of the listings, whereas your client is receiving the public version.

Any time you choose to receive a copy of an email from Flexmls, your email address is recognized by the system. Therefore, Flexmls will automatically send you the private version of the listings with the additional information. Your client receives the same listings; however, they do not see extra details on their end. This way you can conveniently see what your client is being sent while you gain access to the additional information you need.
