Aligned Showings has introduced a new set of features to simplify scheduling and managing showings. The updates include improvements to notifications, routes, reports and team management.

Appointment Type Added to Text Notifications
Text notifications now include the appointment type, helping reduce declined appointment on pending listings.
Search Multiple Listings in Routes
The Routes search bar now includes an info button with a tooltip that explains how to search multiple listings at once, making route planning faster. To search, begin each listing with a # and separate them with commas. For example: #1932284, #1932279
Set Default Duration for Showings in Routes
A new dropdown on the Create Route screen lets agents set a default duration for all appointments in a Route. Individual appointments can still be adjusted as needed. This feature makes creating Routes faster when the duration differs from the 30-minute default.
Add City Dropdown to Price Point Analysis Report
A new dropdown in Price Point Analysis lets agents select a city, providing an additional way to view price points for showings.
Bulk Remove Former Team Members from Listings
Team members added to multiple listings can now be removed from all listings at once, simplifying management when someone changes offices. To use, go to My Listings and click the Remove Team Members icon in the upper right. Enter the team member’s name and select Remove Members.
Listing Info Added to Protected Buyer Report
The property address and listing ID now appear at the top of the Protected Buyer Report.
