We’ve taken your insights and made key improvements to the Routes and Calendar features in Aligned Showings to help you work more efficiently. Here is a look at the latest updates in Aligned Showings:
Add approved showings to new route
Agents can now add an approved showing to a route. When scheduling a route, if there’s an approved showing on the same day as the route, a plus sign is displayed on the line of the approved showing. Select the plus sign to add the showing to the route.
Order of listings retained from MLS
When an agent selects showings for a route in the MLS software and then goes into Aligned Showings to plan the route, the order of showings now stays the same. This ensures consistency during route planning.
Non-MLS stops will save before requests are sent
When a non-MLS stop is added to a route, it is now saved if the agent exits the route planning before showings are requested.
Notice displayed to a listing agent rescheduling showing in a route
When a showing agent schedules a route, and the listing agent needs to reschedule a showing that is part of that route, a notice now displays. It explains that a date change cannot be made on a showing that is part of a route.
Extend custom date range to 18 months
The date range for the Calendar Custom view can now be set for up to 18 months rather than the previous six months. This is useful for gathering reports and information for tax purposes.
Ability to export calendar event data
You can now export the Aligned Showings calendar. In the Calendar, first select the Custom view and set the date range. Then, click Export to create a .CSV file you can open in Microsoft Excel.
