Your feedback continues to drive enhancements to Aligned Showings, making the platform easier to use and helping you succeed in your day-to-day business. Here are a few key updates from February.
Ability to schedule on behalf of agents in My Listings
A new icon in My Listings allows listing agents to add a showing on behalf of an agent directly from the listing tile in My Listings. This gives listing agents an additional way to schedule a showing for a showing agent in addition to searching for the listing. Select My Listings and then select the Schedule on behalf of an agent icon.
Easier view of the name of the seller who approves/declines
The seller name now appears in Messages and the Appointment Details History tab for the listing agent when a seller approves or declines a showing instead of “Seller/Tenant.” It still displays “Seller/Tenant” for the showing agent, and for both listing and showing teams in the list of messages on the left side on the Message screen. This makes it easier for the listing team to know which seller approves/declines a showing when there are multiple sellers for a listing.
Display dropdown list of names to omit in Broadcast
When a user selects My Listings and then the Broadcast message icon, there is now a dropdown in the Omit section. When they click the dropdown, the list of all the agents that showed the listing in the last 30 days is displayed. Select an agent name to omit them from receiving the message.
This makes it easier for the listing agent sending a broadcast message to see at a glance who will receive the broadcast message so they can easily select who to omit.
