Aligned Showings was built with you in mind, and your feedback continues to drive enhancements that help you best serve your clients. Here is a look at a few of the recent updates in Aligned Showings:
New Showing Types
Aligned Showings has added two new appointment types: Agent Preview and Open House. You can select these appointment types when scheduling a showing and set the duration for up to three hours unless the listing agent specifies a shorter limit. Feedback surveys are not sent for these appointments. The calendar can be filtered by type to view or export only Agent Previews or Open Houses.
Add a New Buyer
Agents can now add buyer clients to Aligned Showings by navigating to Contacts > My Buyers > Add New Buyer. This provides an additional way to add buyers, beyond creating a new buyer during the showing creation process.
Ability to Send One Feedback Reminder
Listing agents can now send one feedback reminder to a showing agent after a showing. Previously, the options for reminders included zero, two, three, four, five or six reminders.
Improved Geo-Awareness for Non-MLS Stops in Routes
When adding a non-MLS stop to a route, searching for a business is now more geographically aware and includes locations that were previously being excluded.
Email Notifications Updated for Clarity
Showing request email notifications now include the appointment type in the subject line and the first line of the email. This update makes non-showing requests, such as appraisals and inspections, easier to identify. This helps reduce mistaken declines by listing agents who may otherwise assume the request is for a standard showing.
Verbiage Change in Seller/Tenant Feedback Email Notification
When a seller or tenant receives an email notification about feedback on their listing, the link at the bottom has been updated from “Click here to view and respond via Aligned Showings” to “Click here to review all feedback on your dedicated Aligned Showings webpage.” This change helps reduce confusion about their ability to respond to feedback.
