Web Calendar Sync
Agents can now set up a webcal URL link to sync their Aligned Showings approved appointments with their external calendar.
Important notes:
- This is a one-way sync from Aligned Showings to your external calendar.
- Only approved appointments are added to the external calendar.
- After the initial sync, webcal subscriptions typically refresh every few hours. This is dependent on the calendar program.

Import Buyers
Agents now have the ability to quickly import several buyers into Aligned Showings, in addition to adding them one at a time in Contacts or onto an appointment.
Select Contacts, then Buyers and choose Import, where you can import either a .CSV file or a .VCF file (an electronic business card from a program like Outlook or Google Contacts).
Search by Agent MLS ID when scheduling on behalf of an agent
When scheduling a showing on your own listing on behalf of an agent, you can now search for the agent by agent ID in addition to agent name. This should make it easier to locate the agent.
Seller/Tenant Filter in My Listings Activity
In Reports, a new dropdown is available that allows you to select a seller/tenant for your listing. When a seller/tenant is selected, the graph and the listing data below the graph only displays the information pertaining to that seller.
Add listing link to “price reduced” and “back on market” notifications
A link to the listing in the MLS has been added to the automatic “price reduced” and “back on market” email notifications, so agents can easily see more details of the listing to know if they want to schedule another showing based on the new information.
Email notification for showing agent on CANCELLED
When a showing agent cancels a showing, an email notification is now also sent to the showing agent.
Mobile Update: Add ability to text cell phone numbers
Agents have asked for the ability to select an agent’s phone number in the mobile app and easily call or text them. Now in the mobile app, any place a phone number appears, when it is selected, a popup allows you to select to call or text the number. This is available in:
- Calendar > Contacts button
- Messages > View Participants
- Calendar, Appointment Details > Contacts
- Contacts > Select Contact
