Beginning today, new listings entered into Flexmls will default to Aligned Showings as the showing service. Current listings’ showing settings have not changed, and no change is needed.

The October Market Reports show that active listings decreased 2.6%, and sold listings increased 0.6% compared to this time last year.

In the four-county Milwaukee metro area, active listings decreased 2.5%, and sold listings dropped 21.6% compared to this time last year. The Months of Supply of Inventory increased 24.3% compared to last September.
