When you need to add a new listing to the system, more is more. Only exact property matches are going to be shown as a result for buyers when searching. Taking time to include every detail about the property will give your listing the most exposure to buyers.
When searching for listing in Flexmls, keep in mind that less is more when adding your criteria for the most results. Using fewer pieces of unique criteria will return broader results. Using many pieces of specific criteria can yield few results.
While in a Quick Search, you can increase your map size horizontally and/or vertically to maximize the space for mapping tools.

Any time you choose to copy yourself on an email from Flexmls, your email address is recognized, and you will automatically receive the private version of listings. A banner at the top of each email copy acts as a reminder of this.
