In the four-county Milwaukee metro area, active listings increased 5.5% and sold listings decreased 6.6% compared to this time last year. The Months of Supply of Inventory increased 12.9% compared to last August.

NAR Settlement: New Rules & Practice Changes Starting Today!

Mandatory Real Estate Practice Changes Coming August 14, 2024
Due to the NAR settlement, Metro MLS members must make real estate practice changes starting on August 14, 2024. These changes include the requirement to use written buyer agreements and the removal of commission fields by Metro MLS.
