Response to NAR’s Settlement of Commission Lawsuits
The National Association of Realtors agreed to pay $418 million in a settlement reached Friday to resolve the commission lawsuits. The settlement would resolve claims against NAR, its members, all Realtor associations and all association-owned MLSs.

In the four-county Milwaukee metro area, active listings increased 4%, and sold listings increased 7% compared to this time last year. The Months of Supply of Inventory decreased 2.8% compared to last February.
