Metro MLS is discontinuing the integration of ShowingTime into Flexmls effective Friday, April 8, 2024, as our agreement with the ShowingTime platform expires that day.

Response to NAR’s Settlement of Commission Lawsuits
The National Association of Realtors agreed to pay $418 million in a settlement reached Friday to resolve the commission lawsuits. The settlement would resolve claims against NAR, its members, all Realtor associations and all association-owned MLSs.
